2012 Toyota Prius MPV 7 Seater

And that is going to be a huge success. The Toyota is expected to reap the benefit of its highly successful prius line by diversifying it into other areas. If you are aware of the fuel economy of a MiniVan, you know that it typically gives 20 miles per galon. By giving out a MiniVan at 40 mpg, Prius MPV will certainly be a better option with reduced gas consumption.
Well, the rumors were confirmed after a series of spy photos were taken, displaying what seems like the new 2012 Prius MPV 7 Seater. The photos have revealed that the new model would have pretty similar dimensions to Mazda 5 or Kia Rondo and also that among the improvements it will be a new dashboard capable to catch competition from behind. Its design is very close to the actual Toyota Prius making people to believe that it will keep this successful vehicle line.
If Toyota will mostly keep the Prius features for the new MPV vehicle, then we should expect the well known 1.8 liter petrol engine combined with an updated lithium-ion battery. We can also estimate a combined mpg rate of 40 or more and interior improvements.
